Terms of Use

Effective 2026-09-26 · Version 1.0

These notes explain use, trial and purchase rules for this version. On iOS, the app is also subject to Apple's applicable standard end-user license agreement. This in-app explanation supplements, rather than replaces, that agreement.

1. Purpose

My Closetly helps you organize personal clothing, record wear and save outfits you assemble. This release has no account, cloud sync or AI recommendation. Do not rely on it as your only long-term data copy.

2. Full 30-day trial

A continuous 720-hour trial starts after the first garment image and database record are saved successfully. Item count is unrestricted during the trial. Business screens lock afterward, but expiry does not itself delete local data.

3. One-time purchase

The full version is a non-consumable App Store purchase at the localized price shown by the store, not an auto-renewing subscription. Eligible purchases can be restored. Family Sharing is not enabled. A future standalone AI service is not included automatically.

4. Cancellation, refunds and restore

Canceling a purchase does not charge you. Refunds and reversals follow store rules. Once a revoked entitlement is verified again, the app may return to the unpurchased state without deleting local wardrobe data.

5. Data and backup responsibility

Your wardrobe is mainly stored on your device. Purchasers can export an ordinary, unencrypted backup; choose a trusted location and protect the file. Uninstalling, device damage or loss can make unbacked data unrecoverable.

6. Changes and support

System permissions, device capabilities or store connectivity may affect camera, cutout and purchase features. Important changes are described in app updates. Contact the developer at starswtter@gmail.com.
